Participants will learn the value of including family assistance in their crisis response plans based on experiential and research data. We'll discuss how a successful family assistance operation emphasizes the impacted individuals first which ultimately impacts the image and brand of the university. In this interactive session, we will explore why family assistance is so important through the eyes of a surviving family member, family assistance advocate, and experienced experts.
