Change Management: A Risk Manager’s Role in Sustaining Operational Efficiency
Feedback form is now closed.
The pandemic era made us all react to circumstances never experienced in our generation—and react we did! But how many of us were caught unprepared for massive change and are equipped to guide our organizations through ongoing change to sustain operational efficiency? This session is an opportunity to examine the barriers to change, how to create change, and the risk manager’s role in sustaining change to not only survive, but to take your organization to the next level.

Objectives:
+ Learn the most common organizational barriers to change
+ Discover the critical success factors for the adoption of change
+ Understand that people do not resist change as much as they resist being controlled and how to use this knowledge to get buy-in
+ Learn the concept of Nemawashi, a Japanese approach to quickly gather agreement on change initiatives
